The train that Lara has stowed away on is makes
its way through the eastern desert from Karnak to
Alexandria.(follow plot) Reverse roll and run forward. When Lara passes the lever, take a hairpin turn to the left and stand in front of the lever. Throw the lever to open the door ahead, which leads to the car behind this freight car. Step around the lever to the door and angle Lara to the right. Take a standing jump to the next train car, which is a sleeper car. Open the door and step inside. Turn right and follow the aisle as it turns to the left. Step forward and turn left at the first compartment. Open the door and step inside. Turn right, draw pistols and shoot open the crate. Step forward and pick up the small Medi Pack (1). Exit this compartment and turn left. Step forward and turn left when Lara reaches the next compartment. Open the door and step inside. Draw pistols and shoot open the crate in this compartment. Step forward and pick up a box of regular shotgun shells (2). Exit this compartment and turn left. Step forward and an assassin (1) will jump out from around the corner. Kill him using the usual method, however, it may be necessary to use more powerful weapons, such as the shotgun to take him out before he draws his Uzi's. Lara can kick open the door to the third compartment, but there is nothing inside. Continue to the end of this car and follow the aisle as it turns to the left. Turn right, open the door and step outside. Wait for a truck to pull up along the right side of the train and an assassin (2) will jump onto a flat car two cars back. Wait at the back of the sleeper car and open fire on the assassin. Put away weapons and draw weapons again to cause the assassin to put away is scythe, and open fire again. Repeat until he's dead. Now take a standing jump onto the flat car with the blue-green tarp. Step forward until a truck pulls up on the left side of the train and a second assassin (3) jumps onto the flat car behind the one Lara is standing on. Run forward and kill him using the same tactic. Take a standing jump onto the empty flat car. Run to the back end of the flat car and side step to either side. Take a standing jump and grab onto the ladder on the side of the boxcar behind the flat car. Climb up the ladder and pull up onto the roof of the boxcar. Run forward, and take a jump over the hatch in the middle of the roof of the box car. Immediately reverse roll and the hatch in the boxcar behind Lara will open and an assassin (4) will emerge from it, while the hatch on the next boxcar on will also open and a second assassin (5) will emerge. Immediately take a standing jump through the open hatch into the first boxcar, which is closest to the front of the train. Immediately step forward and turn left to pick up a small Medi Pack (3) before it disappears 1. Reverse roll and run forward and turn left. Run forward and pick up a box of regular shotgun shells (4) from the corner of the boxcar. Turn around, crouch down and draw weapons. Shoot out the crate and step forward to collect another box of regular shotgun shells (5). Now run along the left side of the box car, eastward, toward the back of the car, and reverse roll when Lara reaches the corner. Lara will find another assassin (6) lurking behind the crates. Kill this assassin first by running up and down the length of the boxcar, reverse rolling when Lara reaches the end of the boxcar and jumping when Lara nears the assassin. Repeat this run back and forth until this assassin is dead. Once he is dead, try to kill the other two assassins above by shooting at them through the hatch in the ceiling of the boxcar or out the back door of this train car. When all the assassins are dead, head toward the back of this boxcar and take a standing jump out the open door and grab onto the ladder on the side of the next box car. Climb up the ladder and pull up on top of the box car. Run down the length of the boxcar, ignoring the open hatch for now. Take a standing jump to the next flat car with the blue-green tarp covering a large object. Turn left and walk to the side of the flat car. Turn around so that Lara is facing away from the edge of the flat car, hop backwards and grab onto the edge of flat car. Shimmy to the left, toward the back of the flat car. Pull up when Lara is beyond the tarp and the sloping cargo. Von Croy's helicopter will fly over the train and examine the open hatches. It is apparent that he now knows that Lara is aboard. Turn left and face the rear of the train. Walk forward and stand on the left side of the flat car. Take a standing jump and grab onto the ladder of the caboose. Climb up the ladder and pull up onto this final car of the train. Run forward and another assassin (7) will climb up a ladder on the back left side of the caboose car. Draw pistols and take him out, putting the pistols away and drawing them again when the assassin assumes his defensive stance. |

SECRET #1
|
Walk to the corner of the caboose that the last assassin climbed up
from and turn and face away from the back end of the train. Hop back
and grab onto the ladder that the assassin climbed up from. The door
at the back of the train will open. Climb down the ladder below the
opening and shift to the left. Climb up the wooden crate and pull up
into SECRET #1. Step forward and drop into the opening. Pick up a large Medi Pack (6), a quiver full of regular crossbow bolts (7), and a box of revolver shells (8). Vault back up to the opening and turn around. Hop backwards and grab onto the edge of the wooden crate. Shift to the right and climb up the ladder back to the roof of the caboose. |

Walk along the north side of the caboose. Look over the edge of the
train car and locate the open door. Stand so that Lara is a little
ways to the left of the open door, closer to the front of the train
car. Turn around and face away from the edge of the train car, hop
back and grab onto the ladder on the side of the train car. Climb
down below the wooden crate and shift to the left. Climb up onto the
wooden crate. Step forward and drop to the floor. The train car door will slam shut behind Lara. Turn left and walk forward toward the rear of this train car to collect two boxes of regular shotgun shells (9, 10). Turn around and head toward the front of this car and pick up a shotgun (11), which will count as a box of regular shotgun shells if Lara is already carrying the shotgun and a crowbar (12). Reverse roll and run forward to the switch which is missing a handle. Use the crowbar to throw the switch and reverse roll. Draw pistols and step forward, as an assassin (8) has sneaked into the car when the door opened and Lara's back was turned. He will leap out from the alcove on the right. After killing the assassin, take a standing jump back to the flat car with all the cargo covered by a tarp. Walk forward onto the middle of the blue tarp and take a standing jump over a sloping part of the cargo onto a small flat ledge. Step forward and vault up onto the top of the cargo. Walk forward to the far end of the pile of cargo. Another assassin (9) will be jumping around on top of the two boxcars ahead. Rather than waiting for him to come towards Lara, step forward and slide down the front of the pile of cargo. The door to the train car ahead will open and another assassin (10) will reveal himself inside. Draw pistols and kill him by shooting through the open door. |

SECRET #2
|
When he's dead take a standing jump while attempt to grab. This will
adjust Lara's trajectory and cause her to land inside the train car.
Otherwise she will have to take a couple of steps back before
attempting to jump into the boxcar. Run forward along the right side of the boxcar until Lara is in the alcove. Turn left and use the crowbar to pry open the crate nearest the front of the boxcar. Step into SECRET #2, and turn right. Crouch down and shoot apart the low crate. Stand and angle Lara to the right to shoot out the upright crate. Step forward and pick up a box of flash grenades (13), the grenade gun (14), and another box of flash grenades (15) in the dark corner. Exit this area and take a standing jump back to the flat car loaded with cargo. |

Attempt to take a few shots at the assassin that was running around on
the roof of the boxcar. If he is far enough away, stand to the right
side of the flat car and take a standing jump and grab onto the
ladder. Climb to the roof of the boxcar and kill the previous
assassin. If he charges at Lara, she can backflip onto the flat car
to evade him. When he's dead, proceed toward the front of the boxcar. Another assassin (11) will climb up onto the boxcar. Kill him using the same technique, back flipping onto the flatcar as necessary. Finally, when both assassins are dead, return to the box car, if Lara isn't already standing on top of it and walk forward to the front of the boxcar. Take a standing jump to the boxcar ahead and run forward. Stand on the left side of the roof of the boxcar. Take a hop backwards and take a standing jump down to the empty flat car. A truck will drive up the right side of the train and a assassin (12) will jump onto the train, and he will be joined by another assassin (13) from somewhere else. Immediately take a running jump and grab to return to the ladder on the side of the boxcar. Climb up and turn around. Draw pistols and kill the two assassins with ease. When both are dead, take a standing jump back to the flat car. Run forward and take a standing jump to the flat car with the small pile of cargo. Run forward and draw pistols. An assassin (14) will emerge in the doorway of the sleeper car. With guns drawn, the assassin will immediately enter a defensive stance. Take a standing jump to the sleeper car and step into the doorway. Quickly holster and draw pistols and fire on the assassin. Repeat until he is dead. Turn left, follow the aisle to the right and run down the length of the sleeper car. Angle right and exit the sleeper car. Angle Lara to the right and take a standing jump while attempting to grab to adjust Lara's trajectory which will land her back to the boxcar that Lara started in. |

SECRET #3
|
Run straight ahead to the wooden crate with the ding in the left side. The crate is on the right side near the front of the boxcar. Use the crowbar to pry the crate open. Step into SECRET #3 and pick up a small Medi Pack (16). | ||
|
Stand in front of the second switch, which lacks a handle. Stand on
the side toward the front of the train car. Use the crow bar to throw
the switch. The door behind Lara, which leads
to the train's engine, will open but the switch also disengages the
coupling to the sleeper car behind this boxcar, leaving the rest of
the train in the desert. Approach the doorway. The train will continue its journey through the desert to Alexandria, without the rest of it's cars.(follow plot) |
