Madubu Gorge
Items: 20
Kills: 16
Welcome to Madubu Gorge. The scenery rivals that of Niagra Falls and there are plenty of activities for those looking to keep in shape.
Sights to See
The Madubu Gorge runs across the island and rainwater from the high mountains rushes down the gorge to form many natural waterfalls, caves and tunnels.

No trip to this island can be complete without some water sports, and kayaking is the most popular of them, but the rapids are not for amateurs. The rough waters are a veritable obstacle course even for the most proficient kayakers. The waters may be a nice to ride down on a kayak, but don't attempt to swim them. The currents are far too strong and will drag you to your death.

Besides kayaking, the gorge is ideal for rock climbing. Some passes can only be crossed by swinging across on vegetation that is growing on the underside of some of the water carved rock formations. The gorge is not for the meek, but for the extreme athletes.
Local Fauna
You will encounter a few reptiles, bats, and fish in the gorge. Don't worry about the bats. They are all fruit eating bats and so are quite harmless. The fish are another story. The waters are infested with schools of voracious piranha so don't attempt to do any swimming in or around the gorge. There are a few crocodiles in the gorge, but most of them can be easily avoided. Finally, there are reports of strange poisonous lizards that inhabit the gorge.
Souvenirs
There aren't any interesting items that you need to pick up in the gorge, but while you're running around, don't forget to pick up the rocket launcher.
Hidden Treasures
There are three fairly obvious secrets. You practically can't avoid the first, and you can definitely get the last if you are good about exploring every nook and cranny. The second is the only one that can be pretty tricky. Getting to it will require some effort and getting back from it will require even more.
Hazards
Watch out for falling into any water on this level. There are only a few pools in which you can swim around safely, while all other areas of water will result in instant death or being dragged around by the current until you are eaten by piranha or pulled into the deadly rapids. Aside from the dangerous waters, there are just a few deadly traps and some enemies to worry about.
