Sleeping with the Fishes

If you're not careful you will find yourself Sleeping with the Fishes. Here are a few tips that will hopefully prevent that.
No Restrictions
A little exploration will quickly reveal plenty of places to see, but very few places to go. Locate the wheel near the large pool to open the yellow door to the restricted area. That's the start.
Button Pusher
A slide into another underwater area will land you into hot water. Once you pull the lever to open the underwater door of the cage, you will have two more divers to face. Go to the chamber that the two divers were guarding to find a button that will open two huge underwater doors to another area.
Bell of the Ball
The area beyond is quite vast and it may be easy to get disoriented. Start by entering the yellow structure with all the windows and look out of the windows to get an idea of what's out there. Two diving bells will each drop a pair of divers into the water. Your goal is to locate two circuit bulbs to place into the two receptacles within yellow structure. Both two circuit bulbs are in this underwater cavern. Both are near the ceiling of the cavern.
Genetic Research
When you replace the two circuit bulbs, another yellow door leading to another restricted area will open. Once you enter the next area and surface, you will find a hallway sealed off by a gate. The button that opens the gate is inside the research lab with the guard. The door is locked, but perhaps you can convince the guard to open the door and come out for a look.
Big Fish to Fry
Beyond the gates, you will find two red wheels. In order to progress, you will need to turn both, but each one releases a big mutant barracuda into the waters. Behind each door is a sample of the mutagen, which you will need, and beyond one of the doors is where all this weird science is being performed.
Research Assistant
In order to survive an attempt to retrieve the fifth artifact, you must flood the chamber. In order to do that you have to place one mutagen sample into each of two machines in the lowest chamber of the research lab. If you can only one machine, then you haven't rearranged the crates in the room.
Grab and Go
After placing the two mutant samples, a pool of blue ooze will fill with water, making it safe to dive in. Grab the fifth artifact, and you will gain access to one of the holding tanks. A lever will gain you access to another holding tank. This time the contents are less friendly, however, you can simply head up a shaft to the surface and you'll find you're just a little boat ride away from France.
