"Your guide should be submitted to a game magazine. ...nice
guide. Design and navigation is first-rate."
"I really liked your site."
"I think your site is the best one for people wanting to find their way through TR."

"I, Really, have enjoyed Your [Dissection] of the Tomb Raider Game ...
My God, Man , You should help the Folks at EIDOS design their Intros
and Commentary for their Games... I felt like I was given a [pleasant]
Tour Guide's View of the Area with local descriptions for Flavor and
Coloration... Very Nicely Detailed Observations and Presumptions of
the Local Area... ... Thanks, again, for a [Thoroughly] Enjoyable
Presentation of Tomb Raider... It had Info as well as [Personality(?)]..."
"...I was very impressed by your homepage. I just started playing
Tomb Raider and was looking for hints on the Web when I came by your
Tomb Raider site. I thought it was excellent! The metaphor of a
'traveler's guide' to Lara's adventures is ingenious, and this site is
one of the most innovative, well-organized, and thorough sites I've
ever come across"

"Many thanks! Your page saved me from hating this game! I love a
challenge, yet cannot stand when i am stuck somewhere."

"I needed the walk-thru to enjoy the game. [...] Excellent JOB! Very
clear and if I had a problem... I just went back and did
everything exactly as you said."

"Thanks for putting up the TR web page. It's an excellent piece of
work and clearly you put a lot of effort into it. I always went to the
Walkthroughs when I got stuck - you probably saved me days of
frustration. Core / Eidos should award you for this site."
"You have accomplished your goal. Your site for Tomb Raider
information is by far the best. You presented a list of items, kills,
and secrets without giving away the secrets involved. This is exactly
what I was searching for. I don't want help, just closure!"

"As a late-comer to Tomb Raider, I recently started searching the
web for TR sites. Yours is BY FAR the BEST I've seen. Great work!!
I've made it to Atlantis now, so I didn't read most of the earlier
levels. Those I did read look thorough and well written--wish I'd had
--your St. F's Folly section back then! ;-)"
"...thank you so much for setting up those wonderful Web pages. Your
descriptions are of such high quality that I feel very confident
"Your page have to be easy to [navigate] and responsive (not slow). And
the most [important] is that you have some good information in the

"Just wnated to thank you for your wonderful site! It made playing
Tomb Raider so much more enjoyable. TR is the first PC game I've
attempted, and I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to the unknown, but
your walkthroughs gave me the courage to go forth and play all the way
to the end!
Kudos to you!"
"My son, Patrick, and I have used your walkthrough to TOMB RAIDER. We
didn't need many hints, but when we were stuck, you were there to
help us get Lara safely through the level.
We hope you continue your excellent work with a walkthrough of TOMB RAIDER 2..."
"I was worried you weren't going to finish your excellent (so far)
guide to TR2! Yours is the most comprehensive, easiest to follow
walkthrough I've seen on the web and I am appreciative of all the work
you've put in to make it that way!"
"I would like to compliment you on your web page design. Too many
people try to be oh-so cool and make their page difficult to use in
the process. Yours is very straightforward (better than cool) and the
navigation bar at the left of the screen for the guide, walkthroughs,
and hints is a true gem.
Thanks for the help with Tombraider (yes, some of us are just getting around to playing it), and the ease-of-use page."
(Preciesly what I was going for! Thanks for noticing.)
"Love your guide. [...] Appreciate all you've done, your guide has made the
game more enjoyable for me."
"I just wanted to thank you for an excellent walk through for Tomb
Raider, the Tomb Raider's Traveller Guide. It is very entertaining,
and has the right amount of information for each category, i.e. guide,
[...] Although there are other walkthroughs for Tomb Raider II, may I encourage you to compile a traveller guide for it as well. I am sure many people would appreciate it.
Once again, thank you."
"Congratulations to your very [impressive] and helpful website of Tomb
Raider 1. Here I found the hint I was looking for. Many thanks from
"You saved my life!
Yesterday [I] gave my girlfriend Tomb Raider for her birthday, which was Thursday.
If it wasn't for your well-written information, she'd probably have killed me out of frustration by now. So thanks for keeping me alive."
"I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your Tomb Raider 1
walkthroughs! I beat the game back when it first came out, but never
found ALL the secrets or killed ALL the enemies. I decided to go back
and try again, but without the surprise inherent in playing a new game
I got bored too quickly. The levels in Tomb Raider are very memorable
so the replay value is quite low. [...] I must say your walkthroughs
are the BEST, and helped me find ALL the secrets and kill ALL the
enemies. Thanks for the great pages, you breathed new life into and
"[...] I must say that beyond any doubt your site is the best I've
encountered. I think the best feature is that I can get varying
levels of detail on the help I need from your guide. The hints are
like puzzles in themselves and often serve the purpose. Other times I
need more direct help and rely on the full walkthrough. Nice idea
giving the option of hiding secrets. Well done!!"

Thanks for all your kind words. Like all the other Tomb Raider sites
out there, I too have put a lot of work into this site purely
voluntarily on the side of a full time job without any hope of gain or
reward. I wanted to provide this information as a service to all
those really frustrated Tomb Raiders out there (like I was a while
back), but it's your encouraging words that really make all the work
worth my while. (Hey, we all need our moment of fame, right? =) )
Now these people who e-mailed me did not know I was going to publish their kind words and it's bad form to do so. So if you're one of these people, and wish to have your entry removed from this page, feel free to e-mail me and I will delete it immediately! And of course, other kind words can be directed to email@example.com
