I'm not sure if this is something to be proud of, but I'm a couch potato. Here are links to shows, services and networks:
  TV Guide Online
Well, the "big name" in what's on TV has finally made it to the net, and not a moment too soon. Clearly this is one e-mag, whose services have been long waiting for and long overdue. Just as in the "paper edition" there are articles, reviews, and television listings to be found here. (Make sure you have cookies turned ON if you want to view their on-line TV listings.)

  GIST TV Listings
Do you channel surf? Does it bother your wife as much as it bothers mine? Here's the link for you. You can plan out an evening's TV watching quickly and easily. They have free listings for all the major networks and cable companies.

  Ultimate TV
For the most comprehensive listing of TV stations both in the US and around the world, with links to just about every TV site in the world, look no further. Here is the site for you. And not only do they have a listing for what's on TV tonight, but for the next week as well!

  NBC
The National Broadcasting Company has hit shows like "Friends", "Fraiser, "Mad About You", "Homicide", "News Radio", and "ER".

  ABC
The American Broadcating Company sports a few good shows that have been around a while such as "Spin City", "Home Improvement", and "Politically Incorrect".

  CBS
Not as may hits as the other networks, but they've got a few shows worth watching. A couple that I like include, "Nash Bridges", "Early Edition", "Martial Law" (like having a short Jackie Chan movie on every Saturday night) and "Touched by an Angel". (see below...)

  FOX
Twentieth Century Fox Television Network is the home of the "X-Files" and "Ally McBeal".

  UPN
The United Paramount Network features such shows as "Star Trek: Voyager".

  WB
The new Warner Brothers' Television network has some interesting shows like, "Buffy, the Vampire Slayer".

  CPB
Who can forget public television? The people that bring us "Sesame Street", and "Nova" and other shows that enrich and educate us.

  PBS
And we can't mention the CPB without mentioning PBS, can we? they bring us all those great "How To..." (fix your car, build a house, cook Chinese food...) shows

  Touched by an Angel
Starring the adorable Roma Downey and the incredible Della Reese. The critics hate this show. "It's sappy, preachy, trite, and boring!" Michael Landon's done it once, can it be done successfully again? They don't think so. But viewer's disagree! When CBS announced that they plan to cancel this show, viewers flocked in support. There was so much support, that this show stayed on the air. There's no sex, violence, hard language... and nearly sound theology to boot. Give it a try: Saturdays on CBS.

  The X-Files
ubbed as the "Twilight Zone" of the '90's, in which two FBI agents work on the "X-Files". Files that are unsolved, bizarre, and all around strange. They are challenged to face the paranormal, psychics, aliens, UFO's and more. A Warning for the squeamish: This show is very creepy and depicts some rather graphic gore. Here are three other truly excellent sites: 1) An "Unoffical" X-Files page, 2)An Episode Guide which is maintained by Cliff Chen, and The AOL X-Files Forum's Page.
