I really enjoy comics... comic books, comic strips, cartoons... Here are links to my favorites.
Dilbert is a strip I can relate to, being a software engineer myself.

The adventures of Monty, the cartoonist, and Robotman.

For insight on our world and our society, as described by high-tech, morally impaired, cute little forest creatures, you might like this strip.

Being a married man, I have also, coincidentally, begun finding Arlo & Janis to be quite funny.

Read a little about Rose, her hubby Jimbo, and their cute little boy Pasquale, and you begin to see the humor in everyday things... and maybe you start to believe in guardian angels too.

Yes, the great beagle himself is here to entertain you. By the way... did you know that Peanut's creator Charles Shultz is a Christian?

I collected comic books, mostly Marvel Comics, back in junior high and the first few years in high school. I had collector's issues of the Amazing Spiderman, first appearances of characters like Cloak and Dagger.
I like the X-Men tm in particular, and here's a link to some Marvelous women.

The company that started it all... Detective Comics, now a subsidiary of Warner Brother's Entertainment, with Superman®, Batman®, etc... they definitely deserve a note here.
In my opinion, the most superb example of a "graphic novel" is Neil Gaiman's the Sandman, a (almost) monthly comic book about the eternal "Dream".

An up and coming comic book publisher which caters to the "new generation" of comic book heroes. Gen13 and WildC.A.T.S to name two of their bigger hits.

A more recent entry to the comic book market, but they've managed to turn their pages into movies (or vice versa) with hits including Star Warstm, Shadows of the Empire, The Mask, Barb Wire, Aliens and Predator War, and many more.

Fox Trot is a strip about your average American family: the Fox family, with three very [stereo-]typical kids and their [stereo-]typical parents. This strip is not available plainly to the public.
To view daily FoxTrot comics your internet provider must subscribe to ClariNet or you must register with the Houston Chronicle. If your internet provider does subscribe to ClariNet, then you can get daily Foxtrot on the clari.living.comics.foxtrot newsgroup.
